Interiors of the doors can be equipped with a stainless steel guard to prevent damage from carts, extending the life of the doors and gaskets.

Can be equipped with a Venturi Evac system to rapidly deflate the gasket preventing operator from prematurely opening doors during process and possible damage to gasket.  The Venturi system will pull the seal away from the door openings in the case where it sticks due to baked on bi-products.
