CASING REMOVAL SYSTEMS

The WINS casing removal system can be used to help reduce the cost of labor in removing the casing from the peeler, in addition to making the process more sanitary.

The casing removal system is typically set outside of the facility over a trash hopper.  The unit has a blower motor that creates a vacuum and transfers the casings from the peeler to the hopper.  The hopper will cycle depending on the amount of peelers connected to the system, and will periodically dump the casings into the trash hopper.
